The pinterest site is unique in the social atmosphere. With tech going down this year this will follow the pack. I do think this will recover though out of these anti-social sites.

this was trading at 18.89 yesterday, it will not make it back to all time highs for a few years. It's not their fault but your money's not going anywhere for a while if you park it here.

dazzle

The market is too volatile now for any gains to hold. Pinterest will bounce along with the other tech stocks until next year

Pinterest is a way better platform than SNAP, there is NO comparison to the silly SNAP website. Algos that are selling PINS doesn't make sense to me.

When you look at financials I see total health. PINS has over 2.5 billion in revenue and over 2.5 billion in cahs to go along with that.

There's a new CEO formally rom Google, they've launched a new e-commerce  platform. PINS is bullish all the way.

adamalpha

Let me reiterate, PINS is not another SNAP, the snapchat stuff is hype and hope where Pinterest at least operates a successful business model.

Better shot at success with PINS versus SNAP, if you guys are comparing the two

Closed at 23.38 yesterday, it seems to reject 24, it doesn't like 24 bucks for some reason

Fast forward to November and we still sit at $23.17. The tech route has put a damper on PIN stock, but the company is not down and out. I think we will see more of Pinterest in the news once the tech stock beatdown loses steam. The company is solid and not hype driven like SNAP.

PINS is another one of these companies that is the victim of a sketchy economy. Everything tech is suffering because of the global turmoil. It's a shame that this stock isn't booming

Is PINS still growing or not?

While Pinterest's growth rate may vary over time and can be influenced by various factors, such as competition and user engagement, the company has been investing in new features and tools to attract and retain users, such as shopping capabilities, personalized recommendations, and augmented reality experiences. Additionally, Pinterest's strong focus on visual discovery and inspiration may continue to appeal to users who are looking for creative ideas and inspiration.

However, as with any investment, it's important to conduct thorough research and due diligence before making any investment decisions, taking into account various factors, such as the company's financials, competitive landscape, market trends, and any potential risks or uncertainties.

The entire tech stock sector is weakening, so I'm not sure if PINS is one of the rising stars or not anymore.

Pinterest will move sideways for quite a while, no excitement here right now

Not a big fan of PINS stock. I don't feel this type of company can survive.

One of the worst parts about using Pinterest is that it can be very time-consuming. Users can easily get caught up in browsing and searching for content on the platform, which can be a distraction from other important tasks or activities. Additionally, because Pinterest's content is primarily visual, it can be easy to get lost in a never-ending scroll of beautiful and interesting images, which can be overwhelming for some users.

Another issue with Pinterest is that the platform can be highly curated and can sometimes feel like an unrealistic representation of reality. This can create pressure on users to present a certain image or to conform to certain beauty or lifestyle standards. Finally, there have been concerns about copyright infringement on the platform, as users can easily save and share images without permission from the original creators.

I like the site overall but don't use it enough. I can see where this is going. It doesn't really draw you back in like Facebook or Twitter does.
