Block was founded in 2009, they provide payment acquiring services to merchants, along with related services relying way too much on Bitcoin price.

The company also launched Cash App, a person-to-person payment network, all of this stuff hinges on the confidence in crypto.

Block has a presence in Canada, Japan, Australia, and the UK. If Bitcoin and the rest of the crypto scams were doing better I think you would see more gains for SQ. BTC is going lower this year and I see that as a clear indicator that SQ is heading lower for the remainder of this year. Any gains won't hold and this can still be played as a swing but it's pretty depressing to see it declining.
